How to Use:
Before showering, on dry skin, spray the product from a distance of 15–20 cm onto the desired area, such as the back, chest, or shoulders. Leave it on for only one minute, then rinse thoroughly with water during the shower. The product's published instructions state: Spray before showering on dry skin from a distance of 15–20 cm, then rinse after one minute.

Safe Use at the Start:
Use it once a week for the first two weeks. If the skin tolerates it without severe burning, redness, or bothersome peeling, you can increase to twice a week. I do not recommend daily use because the acid concentration is high.

Very Important:
Do not use on the face, armpits, sensitive areas, wounds, inflamed skin, or immediately after hair removal. Do not use a scrub, harsh loofah, body retinol, or any other exfoliator on the same day. Afterwards, use a body moisturizer.

Sunscreen is Essential:
Because the product contains exfoliating acids, the skin may be more sensitive to the sun. The FDA warns that AHA products may increase skin's sun sensitivity and the possibility of sunburn, and recommends using sunscreen, protective clothing, and minimizing sun exposure during use and for a week afterwards.
